is really tired. after work, dinner with colleagues till late and next day morning have to wake up early in the morning for work. work in the past was less tiring, though the hours were longer. 

have been eating and eating for every weekend. so sinful.

have been watching Knock Knock Loving you. its a nice show. 

went for yoga for today then came back straight. went alone. its another raining day too. 

raining days made me remember some moments which brings warmth to me.

was doing some reflections on my way back home. my days are lonely and cold, and it is ironic that i wanted to stay like this. 

having my choco is enough, although he always prefer mummy than me, cause mummy pamper him more. ;\

just came back..

went drinking with Alphonsus. admitting that im feeling down. alright im high, still high. after 3 glasses of stella and 3/4 glass of Baileys. at least im happier now.

gym really paid off ! my tummy is almost flat !! >.< now all i need is to tone up my ticeps and inner thighs. OHHO !!

at the same time, train up my back mucsles(dont know what's that called). XD heard its quite difficult to train. dad says that i need to carry heavier weights. shall do that ~ 

yoga yesterday is easier. shall go more often. but wont have the financial staus to go after aug. haiz.. i want to chiong OT !!

went gym alone again. somehow lacking of energy or maybe motivation on the trackmil. ;\ its another rainy day ~ unable to swim. ;( made myself window shop while waiting for Alphonsus to watch Ice Age 3. hilarious show. while buying the popcorn combo, the staff is really nice, she offered to search for the character that i wanted. so nice of her. after the show, TKD came and have dinner together. Fish and Co Express !! ordered extra, just love the fish. hehe. XD

intensive gym today !! OHHO !! increased my weights to 25-30kg and went round doing the machines over and over again for like 3 times ?? then cooled down and headed to swim ! >.<

had fun last night. saw Qiu AGAIN ! have been bumping to him for the past week. then Qiu is always making me drink. treated me 2 glasses of chivas neat. then had the chance to have a mouth of graveyard. almost KO by that. without fail, i get to drink my tequila shot. few shots, cant remember. =x drank amsterdam too.

im not tired, but muscles are all tensed up already.

today's stats is horrendous. 7.7 in average. last month's stats improved to 10 per hour in average. hehe. my mind ain't working well too. also admitting that im not 100% mentally at work. =x

then after work on sat, went to catch Ice Age 3 again. but in 3D. hehe. with Jeremine. think its great in 3D. my next show, Harry Porter ! OHHO !

for today after work, went for Sashimi Buffet at Odeon Tower with Ethel, Eunice, TKD and Alphonsus. its worth it and FRESH !! im freaking bloated now. working is getting fun, especially with 'FAMOUS' customers and those funny moves done by colleagues.

headed for groceries and went home with bags of food which is heavy !! im tired. needa cook.

having slight headache and a cough since last night. headed to work with a fever. its OT today. luckily, dad fetch me to work and off work.

running a fever for 3days for the first time. didn't went to work yesterday. haven been lying on my bed since the day i had fever. high fever of 39.2 degrees. felt terrible, though its not my first time running such a high fever. my highest was 40.4 degress when im small.

im getting my voice back !! finally. for the past 2 days, i hardly speak unless neccessary, cus i sounded really bad. didn't went gym for this whole week. ;( felt like my fats are accumulating. HAHA. ;p

though my fever have subside, im still having a dizzy head. i should get out awhile for today ! >.<

just came back from LAN ! ohho ! im starting to like going LAN. =x playing L4D with Jeremine. hope to get 8 people for the virus mode. ;p

might be interested in L4D 2. maybe LAN with friends ?! hehe. >.<

did this crushbot thing in FB. the result is jaw-dropping, though i actually have crush for only one of them. then after that i did the marriagebot. 2 person appeared again in the results and one of them is that crush who appeared in crushbot. WTF !!

oh ya.. went to meet kokboon for lunch. he wears the same adidas watch as me, but his in black (mine in white) and he says im copying him. its just coincidence. but he claims that we both have the same snoopy tissue packet. WTH !! ;\ what else do you want to copy me ?? HAHAHA. made a piece of oreo cheesecake for him for his belated birthday present. im apologizing again for forgetting to wish him happy birthday on his birthday, he claims that he is waiting for me to wish him. so sorry !! ;p and btw, previously, im angry with him for making me really annoyed.

then meet up with Swing for her present hunting. i caught an eye on 2 adidas jacket !! im so gonna buy the black one with sliver glittery words on it when my pay comes. its just 79bucks. cheap for that brand. another one is in pink and reversible. its just special. maybe can have it on my birthday.

marking my calendar dates for august. and im wondering if i should take off on 22nd. already took off on 23aug.  no plans yet on 22aug. should i or not ??
