    RECIPE: Homemade Hair Remover-Sugaring

We all know how expensive razors, waxes, and other methods of hair removal can be. Thankfully, you can make your very own mix of hair removal- sugaring! Sugaring is just like waxing, but it is much safer, and less painful. Best part is that you get to make it yourself, and it’s very easy.

You’ll need the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of honey, cornstarch, clean cloth cotton strips and a wooden stick or spreader.

Start by dusting the area that you are going to wax with cornstarch. Combine the lemon juice, the sugar, and the honey in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stop and stir every 20-30 seconds.

Let the mixture cool until it is warm, and using the wooden stick apply it to the area to be waxed. Cover the mixture with a strip of cotton fabric. Remove the fabric quickly agasint the direction of the hair growth.
