    WORKOUT: Get energized

We all have those mornings where we feel too tired and to weak to get up. With these three simple exercises, don't let that get you down any longer! These exercises will boost your circulation and stretch out your muscles without leaving your bed! What's also great about this is that it only takes a few minutes of your time.

When you wake up, lie on your back and extend your arms straight over your head. After you have done that, stretch your right arm and your right leg further than your left. Repeat this process for the left side of your body. Becareful not to overextend yourself and don't stretch farther than you can take. You want to get energy throughout the day, not pain.

Next, hug your knees into your chest. After you have done that then let you bent legs fall to the right side of your body while keeping your shoulders flat on the bed. Make sure to repeat the same process on your left side. I know this may sound a little tough, and at first you might have a few problems keeping your shoulders back (especially if you are not limber) but trust me, this is a great exercise.

The last and final excercise you will do after the first two is a position you have most likely seen in a Yoga class. First, roll onto your hands and kness. Lower your hips and relax them on the lower part of your legs. Keep your head down and extend your arms straight over your heard. Remember to breathe deeply as this will boost circulation and the oxygen to your brain. This is probably the hardest of the three exercises but the more you do it, the easier it will get and the more flexible you will become.
